APOC/Management performed the job function of PO4 (Postal Clerk) | Note the timing from what time to what time they have done the PO4 duties. Have the witness statement ready. Plus other part of the incident | CPC Supervisor [NAME] violated the provisions of article 38 and 39.01(b)(c) when they performed the job function of a PO4 which belongs to CUPW bargaining unit.
